Blaker Acquires Solent Engineering to Enhance Marine Industry Support

On 1st August, Blaker, an engineering company based near Billingshurst, West Sussex, officially acquired Solent Engineering (SE) https://solentengineering.co.uk, marking a strategic expansion into marine industry support and bolstering Blaker’s capabilities in the South East of England.

In addition to their existing expertise, Blaker is part of a group that manufactures metal recycling equipment and undertakes repairs to existing recycling equipment, while also undertaking repair works across other sectors including transport, where they are well-regarded for repairing HGV drive and steer axles.

David Middleton and his team from SE will integrate into Blaker’s operations at their workshop in West Sussex. Founder of Solent Engineering, David Middleton, expressed enthusiasm about joining forces with Blaker:
