Stage-by-stage build checks and quality sign-off

Preparing equipment for shipment

Installation and commissioning on customer sites, working closely with the client

Servicing and repair work as part of our aftersales support

Supporting research and development activities, including testing new ideas and product improvements

Sheet metal folding and fabrication to engineering drawings

Assembly of magnets and components (including eddy current rotors and drum magnets)

Mechanical assembly, setup and performance testing of recycling equipment

On-site installation and commissioning to achieve optimum performance

Servicing and repair of equipment at customer sites

Supporting R&D activities within the workshop and test facility

Completing quality and service documentation

Contributing to safe systems of work (SSOW) and SSOW documentation

Working professionally in customer-facing environments

Strong practical engineering skills with experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly

Competent in MIG, TIG and arc welding as part of fabrication, assembly and repair work

Very good technical understanding, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Confidence using hand and power tools

A methodical, precise approach with high standards of workmanship

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, including extended periods off site

Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

Valid passport

Right to work in the UK

Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Based in West Sussex, with UK and international travel

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
