Natasha’s journey into the world of welding is as unique as her skill set. Hailing from Shoreham, West Sussex, she spent a great deal of time close to the sea, where she developed an affinity for the maritime environment. Her career in welding commenced with the repair of fishing vessels alongside her partner, a role that exposed her to extremely challenging conditions. Natasha’s dedication was unwavering, as she was often called out in all weathers, 24/7, to perform crucial repairs with tight turnarounds. In the world of fishing, time is money, and Natasha understood that better than anyone.
Natasha’s expertise in welding didn’t happen overnight. She spent ten years working alongside her partner, welding and repairing boats, honing her skills through hands-on experience. Her journey is a testament to self-teaching and a commitment to excellence. Known for her high standards, Natasha particularly enjoys aluminum welding, a challenging discipline that demands precision and finesse.
When Natasha isn’t in the workshop, you can find her in her garden shed, where she transforms metal into art. Her passion for welding extends beyond repairs and fabrication; she specialises in creating stunning welding art, with a particular talent for capturing the essence of animals in her portraits. It’s a testament to her creativity and the love she has for her craft.
Natasha Stipp has quickly fitted into the team at Blaker, bringing her wealth of knowledge, unwavering dedication, and a can-do attitude. She thrives in challenging situations, and nothing is too difficult for her to tackle.
