Lindner Atlas 5500 ASI Shredder Refurbishment
Blaker Engineering recently refurbished a Lindner Atlas 5500 ASI Shredder at our West Sussex workshop. The machine operates in a demanding processing environment and had experienced wear in key working areas.
The shredder’s teeth and associated wear areas are subjected to constant, heavy-duty use. These components take a significant hammering during day-to-day operation, leading to wear and fatigue in the areas under the greatest pressure.
Outcome
The boom arm repair restored the component to full operational condition, extending the machine’s working life and preventing unnecessary waste.
