Need help with a large-scale job? Bring it to us. Our Butler milling machine has an 3.1m bed meaning we can machine surfaces up to 5m long by 1m wide, cut out keyways, taper sides and bore large holes in heavy steel plate up to 100mm thick.
Metal drilling
Drilling produces or refines holes with a rotary cutter. We use drill presses, lathes or mills according to the specifications of each project.
Cylinder head skimming
Cylinder head skimming is a crucial step in repairing head gaskets. We use rotating grinding stones to achieve a perfectly flat and even surface to ensure the new head gasket seals correctly.
