Blaker becomes a Service Member of the British Metal Recycling Association (BMRA)

We are pleased to announce that we’re now a Service Member of the British Metal Recycling Association (BMRA).

The BMRA represents over 250 organisations working across the UK’s £7 billion metal recycling sector, which trades and processes over 10 million tonnes of ferrous and non-ferrous metals each year.

It’s important for us, as a manufacturer of recycling equipment, to keep up to date with industry news, trends and regulations. Our membership enables us to connect with industry experts for their specialist knowledge, views and opinions. What’s more, the BMRA lobbies the government, nationally and in Europe, and works with stakeholders such as Defra, The Environment Agency and British Transport Police. This provides us, and our fellow members, with a live platform to actively improve the industry for the future.
